Every time I have a new baby my routines change! EVERY TIME! But some things stay the same! You guys! I have been using JOHNSON’S® baby products for years! I am so excited to see that they recently launched and re-launched new products. The new line is 100% gentle…. free of parabens, phthalates, dyes & sulfates with 50% less ingredients!! Over 90% of the ingredients are derived from nature! And I am so excited about that.

I really try to pay attention to the products I put in and ON our bodies so I was SUPER excited to learn about the changes that JOHNSON’S® has made to their baby products.

My relationship with Walgreens goes back to when I was pregnant with my oldest and I had a cold. You guys, I am not talking about just a regular cold! I literally felt like I was going to die! LOL, I was so unsure what medicines were safe to take while in the first trimester that I was taking NOTHING … and it was bringing me to absolute tears. I wish you guys would have seen the scene! My husband still teases me about it! That day the Walgreens pharmacist stepped from behind the counter and walked me through several perfectly safe over the counter medicines that would give the relief. It was the moment I fell in love with Walgreens and this alliance stands true today.

Bonus points for Walgreens for having clean aisles, and well-stocked shelves! Did I mention that most locations are open late?? This is so handy when you run out of baby Tylenol at midnight!

Last week I picked up a few items at my neighborhood Walgreens including the JOHNSON’S® Baby Shampoo, COTTONTOUCH™ New Born Wash & Shampoo, and JOHNSON’S® Baby Lotion. I was most excited to try the new COTTONTOUCH™ Newborn Wash & Shampoo.

Bath time for us is normally right after dinner. While the dishwasher is running. I love that my youngest daughter can still fit in the sink and I probably will continue to bathe her in the sink for a few more months.

After bath time we sing a song and give her a baby massage. Generally, my older kids don’t get jealous of the baby much. The one exception is during our bath time routine. So most nights, this part of the routine is a full-on family affair! LOL

After lotion and massage, we read as a family! Sometimes I read… sometimes my husband reads… sometimes we read independently… But every night we READ! This part of the routine is new for us! But I am working hard to develop children who love to read, and I was realizing that I wasn’t spending enough time investing with this skill.

My husband did the hard work of sleep training the baby! I just couldn’t do it this time. So she goes down so easy! I totally have mixed feelings about sleep training a child. And with our last baby, I flat out refused to do it! But my husband was tired of being kicked in the face by a baby at night. So, he sleep-trained her in the day while I was at work! LOL

I am really excited to see JOHNSON’S® changing and growing as I change and grow. It’s the same brand I have always trusted… now, more gentle than ever!
